Therefore the best time to select an eco-cistem™ is during the design phase when the BREEAM pre-assessment is produced.
By doing so, eco-cistem™ could provide two new, additional BREEAM credits and as many as five when used with other water saving devices when a BREEAM score is being calculated before construction work begins.
If your project has started and you want to install eco-cistem™, there is still time to claim credits as the final BREEAM score is determined by assessing the completed project.
